Property Taxes

The Treasurer is responsible for collecting property tax payments for all taxing entities applicable to township taxpayers. Along with the township government, taxes are distributed to the State of Michigan (education tax), local and intermediate school districts, county government, county road commission, and others.

Property taxes are due twice annually, in summer and winter. Beginning with the current summer tax cycle, you can pay online! See the link below. You can also continue to pay by check as in the past.
