Property Taxes

The Treasurer is responsible for collecting property tax payments for all taxing entities applicable to township taxpayers. Along with the township government, taxes are distributed to the State of Michigan (education tax), local and intermediate school districts, county government, county road commission, and others.

Property taxes are due twice annually, in summer and winter. Property owners can pay by check or online.

Note that the payment platform will charge transaction fees to support the cost of the system.
